Delivery Charges
The delivery charge is based on van use, loading, travel time and clean up. We can discuss delivery options when we
meet to discuss your event, as these can vary depending upon rental service needed, multiple trips, etc…
Note: All weekend deliveries and those delivered after 6pm Monday-Friday require a $300 minimum food/beverage
purchase per delivery, plus 15% gratuity.

Labor And Gratuity
Our catering contract talks about gratuity in general, however, 18% for excellent food and service is customary and is
included in all staffed, holiday, and all Sunday orders, although this can be negotiated per customer’s request.
It is common for customers to tip on drop-off and pick-up orders as well, and is greatly appreciated and divided
amongst the catering staff. Please feel free to inquire about gratuity when you call to place an order or get a quote.
Staff labor runs between $21-$25 per hour. Please inquire when requesting a quote.
